Shipping and Returns

Normal shipping (7-15 business days): free

 Returns:

According to Portuguese law, returns can be made in accordance with Article 6 of DL Nº. 143/2001 of April 26, within 14 days from the date of purchase.
At Fenutto, however, all products purchased within the European Union can be returned up to 30 days after purchase, provided that they are in the same condition as they were sent.

Exchanges:

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases from Fenutto. If for any reason you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or model, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process.

Please note that exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you wish to exchange is not available, we will offer you a store credit.

All exchanged items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange, unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.

All Fenutto products are covered by a general 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects, with the following conditions excluded from its exercise:
